Dr. Harsimran kaur, Occupational therapist, Completed Masters in Occupational Therapy (neurology). She is certified in hypnosis and nutrition education. Ms. Harsimran also have a Diploma in child psychology. Worked as a senior consultant in learning ladder therapy center, counsel and work as academic resource person in Outshine academy since 2013. She has conducted sessions with Shah memorial foundation and Hope projects. She`s been awarded as a “young researcher 2020” by Institute of Scholars. Conducted sports and literacy event as Captain of cultural events in Jamia Hamdard and ISIC (2016-2019). Scripted play and won 1st prize in mental health awareness program during the same time frame. Won 1<sup>st</sup> position in model presentation in exhibition competition at AIIMS India’s mental health festival 2017. Blessed to be awarded as best orator, student of the year and many more in my academic year. Got selected to meet Former president Mrs. Pratibha Patil in 2013. Her research projects published are – “Snozelen tent house (A multisensory environment experience for children)” in Indian journal of physiotherapy and Occupational therapy and “To establish psychometric properties of Perceived sexual distress scale (PSDS) in spinal cord injury”. She`s interested in Reading, Teaching, Adventurous activities and Dancing.

Ms. Arti Srivastava, special educator with 20 years of experience. She is Coordinator of the Special Education Department at UDAI. She works with target group of young adults with Autism, Down syndrome & Intellectual disability. Arti holds Bachelor’s Degree (B.ed) in Special Education.  Her interests are embroidery & travelling.

Ms. Sonia has a vast experience of 22 years, around 15 years in the field of intellectual disability and 7 years in mainstream education. She is a graduate. Also did courses in FIE Basic level 1 & 2, Jolly Phonics and Grammar, Brain Gym and Double Doodle. Over the years she has worked with organizations –  Ramjas  Day Boarding , RSJMS, Anant, Reconnect. Currently working with UDAI as instructor and teaching the young adults with special needs, preparing them in appearing Class 10th and 12th exams conducted through NIOS. She conducted many workshops in schools on varied topics related to learning disability, Slow learning, ADHD. Under her guidance many students completed their Secondary and Higher Secondary education, few of them did diploma courses in Yoga, Photography, Beauty culture and Art & Craft. Some of them are pursuing their graduation programs. Her passion towards working with children with special needs is highly commendable. She is an animal lover.

Manisha, an office Administration and management professional having 3 years’ experience at UDAI. She is a Post graduate in Resource Management and holds B.Ed degree. She has excellent communication and client handling skills. Manisha likes to listening to music and cooking.

Rajeev is an artistic, expressive, inspired special educator with 7 years of work experience in special education. He specialises in dealing with various children with intellectual disability. Holds a Bachelor`s degree in Political Science , B.ed in Special Education (MR) and completed Diploma in Drama (Theatre). Rajeev is also a budding Drama Therapist. He loves to play cricket, listen to music. He has played in few theatre dramas.

Raju, a Physical instructor and yoga teacher with 6 years of experience at UDAI. He is a graduate and has been working with children and young adults with special needs.  Has participated in many yoga events at state level. Raju is creative & also won 1^st prize in Nukkad Natak. Loves playing  cricket, sing, dance and trying new yoga techniques in free time. Raju  is a fun loving person, kind hearted and is always ready to help people.

Sachin Kumar, special educator with 10 years of experience. He deals with target group of children – severely affected with multiple disabilities. He did Diploma in Special Education (ASD). He has good experience in creating artwork such as painting, sketching, craft work. Sachin is also a good singer and likes to listen to music.

My professional journey includes handling both national and international sales & marketing operations, as well as key account management roles with esteemed airlines such as Inter Globe Air Transport, Thai Airways, Kuwait Airways, among others.

Since June 17, in my current role as the Founder Director of Designing Memories PVT LTD, formerly known as Arabica Holidays, I have spearheaded the company’s transformation and growth. Specializing in MICE & Corporate Sales, B2B sales, and Leisure sales, I have successfully expanded the business, achieving an impressive turnover of INR 250 Lakhs.
